Doug spent the first 5 years of his banking career as a loan originator where he was a consistent
top 10% producer.  For the next 8 years, Doug leveraged his passion for helping others to take
on a leadership role, developing people and growing high level teams.  Doug’s biggest career
challenge was leading a pilot designed to find viable solutions to help borrowers that were
initially missed.  As a result of his leadership, the pilot turned into a mainstay for the nation’s
top lender, helping 5,000 families monthly.  As a leader, his teams were responsible for $10
billion in closed loan volume, highlighted by awards for conversion, client service and referrals.
Doug is an out of the box thinker, challenges himself to be creative, finds ways to better help
his clients and works hard to achieve his goals.

Doug and his lovely wife, Christina, have two amazing daughters, Sofia and Ella. Together, they
love to spend quality time attending fencing and gymnastic classes, short getaways up north,
and family game nights. Doug enjoys golf, trivia, reading and (long walks on the beach) and
challenging himself and family to be their best while still having fun and creating memories.
